11 Termination

- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to jl90, other users, or the integrity of the platform.
Upon termination for cause, jl90 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the user subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations, unless the account closure is related to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.
Users may voluntarily close their jl90 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned via the user's registered withdrawal method.
12 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
